Grey Dog and Denim

This card uses the image of a dog.  It's name is "Latte" (The name of my Maltese).  It has been colored grey.  You can see the YouTube video on how to color it here:

There were only two colors used, W2, and W5 -- both warm greys.  Warm greys are used when you want your grey to have a warm color -- more yellow, red, orange.  These greys are often used with animals, tree trunks, etc.
The exception for the dog, is when you are coloring a white dog, in which you would use the cool greys, to make your whites pop out more.  (See YouTube video of coloring a white dog -- Latte image.

This card was made into a Double Swing Card shown to us by my SU demonstrator Kristen Lovig.  She credited the tutorial to TamiWhite at http://stampwithtami.com/blog/2011/10/double-swing/

The Digi Stamps are meant to be used by individuals or Copic Instructors to help demonstrate and practice how to color hair using Copic markers.

They can be purchased at ScrapItPlus.blogspot.com ($2.99 each.  There is an angel policy and a letter saying they can be used in your classroom environment, but cannot be given away or sold.  If students want to "practice", they can also purchase the images.

There are YouTube videos on how to color these different styles, straight, wavy and pony tail.  I am working on them as we speak, and hopefully they will be up by tomorrow AM --Sat, Feb 25th -- (Takes a while to upload)

These have been extremely popular in our classes, so we want to share them with the world.
